Frank Liuzzi is a graduate of Drexel University (1976). During his college years, he interned with the Insurance Company of North America as an internal auditor, and was fortunate to be able to travel countrywide performing audits during his college years. When he graduated, he already accumulated 21 months of audit experience. Upon graduation, he worked briefly with Atlantic Richfield Company and shortly thereafter, he realized that working in large fortune 500 companies was not his passion. He felt that his real passion was to help small companies, and became associated with Jos. L. Maccarone & Co, Inc., a three man CPA firm in 1978. He became certified in 1980 and became a partner in the late 80's. He became Managing Partner in 2002 and watched the firm grow to five partners and 10 employees.
Philosophical differences resulted in the dissolution of the firm in 2005. However, Frank and Charles always believed in being proactive with their clients, and decided that their non-traditional approach would be beneficial to small companies seeking ongoing advice concerning issues far and beyond financial issues. As a result, they decided to start their own firm in 2005. His belief is routed in strong and ongoing relationships with his clientele. He has been practicing for over 30 years and has developed a strong background in tax, financial and business consulting which he believes is valued by his clients. Frank believes that "My approach is very similar to Charles' approach when developing relationships with clients, in order to help them achieve their goals and objectives, which not only include income, but quality of life as well. We both have individual strengths which complement our abilities to ultimately benefit our clients."
Frank is married to his wife, Maryann for over 30 years, whom reside in Washington Township, NJ. Maryann works part-time for the local School District. They are very proud of their three children. Their oldest, Dan, attended Ringling School of Art and Design, in Sarasota, Florida, and is presently employed by American Greetings in Cleveland Ohio. He illustrates greeting cards which can be found in all local stores. Their middle son, Mike, graduated Rowan University in 2007 and majored in Management and Entrepreneurship, and has a keen sense for business from a management perspective. He joined the firm after graduation, and is a key employee when it comes to the management of the firm. Christina, attends Misercordia University, in a 5 Year Master's Degree Program in Occupational Therapy. She was a member of the High School Varsity Tennis team and was named "Player of the Week" as well as "Breakthrough Player of the Year" by the Gloucester County Times in 2007. In 2008, she was also awarded the honor of most courageous player by the South Jersey Tennis Coaches Association. Her real passion is music and is an accomplished violinist and harpist.
Frank is also an accomplished musician and has played numerous instruments, however, he most enjoys playing piano in his spare time. He also played professionally for 25 years with the same ensemble as a drummer. He was a baseball and softball coach 13 years. His love of baseball never stopped, and is a member of the Gloucester County Umpires Association, and continues to umpire in his spare time. He is also one of the founding member of the "Business Advisory Group", headquartered in Washington Township.
